This blog is hasn't been updated for a while and it's time to start again. But first, here's a nice pic of Lauri at the Coca Cola Colab Massive Mix Concert.I have lost quite a bit of weight so far, but it seems as if winter is making me pick it up again. So far, weighing in at approx 72/73 kg with a low of 71kg. I have cut down on my smoking (I started again), and am currently trying nicorette patches - but the temptation to smoke is still quite high. I have stopped using the Lemon Diet products, but am desperate to start taking the pills again because they are so effective - have got BioSlim tabs at home but haven't been taking them on a regular basis, only twice or three times I think. On the nail biting front - still a problem and I really need to stop this. Gym-wise it's also looking pretty bad. I need to start this blog up and going again because I must admit it was very helpful and kept me pretty focused. So the goal weight is 68kg, I need to lose the fat off my middle, butt & thighs. I need to tone up my arms. Stop smoking. Stop biting my nails. A lot to do, but I think this is the beginning of the next 8 week challenge.

I started losing weight with oatmeal (made with artificial sweetner) for breakfast and the I have a bowl for snack at night when I am peckish - the weight loss thing is so hard and a life-time battle. I am now working with a personal trainer - will see what happens.
